Application Features:

1. The bearings are surrounded by water vapor and dust;

2. The bearings are often in contact with mud;

3. The bearings will be used in high temperature and cold regions;

4. The hub bearings are double-row angular contact ball bearings, which have the characteristics of double-row angular contact ball bearings. They generally adopt a double semi-inner ring structure with a large base, which is convenient for assembly and can ensure axial clearance.

Performance Requirements:

The sealing device of the bearing unit should be intact. After the grease leakage, temperature rise, and anti-sand performance tests, the grease leakage rate of the bearing unit should not exceed 10%, and the temperature rise should not exceed 65℃ at room temperature of 25℃.
